We currently don't offer a postal service.
When we sell a new Fiido ebike, we provide the same warranty service as offered by Fiido. Please review our warranty page for further information. We don't offer a 30 day return service, unless the product is faulty, then we will repair under warranty.
All new ebikes are unpacked, built and tested prior to offered for sale.
If you want to reserve an ebike, either new in stock or second-hand, then we require a 10% non-refundable deposit.
If you are ordering an ebike that is not in stock, then we require 25% non-refundable deposit.
Currently we are only able to accept payment by cash, debit card or bank transfer. Do to high credit cards fees we are unable to accept this type of payment.
