When we sell a new Fiido ebike, we provide the same warranty service as offered by Fiido.  We maybe able to help on repairs for ebikes we haven't sold, however we don't offer warranty on these ebikes.  If you require a repair under warranty, a few things need to be considered first:-
  - You will need the original sales invoice from us in your name.  Without this, we cannot progress a warranty claim.
 
  - If you have purchased your Fiido ebike from another trader, then you will need to contact them for repairs and potential warranty.
 
  - If you have purchased your Fiido ebike from a private seller, you will need to contact them regarding any issues arising.
 
  - Check the item at fault is covered by the warranty and within timescales advised on the Fiido website.
 
  - We (and Fiido if a warranty claim is required) require photos, video and an explanation of the problem.
