When we sell a new Fiido ebike, we provide the same warranty service as offered by Fiido. Please review our warranty page for further information. We don't offer a 30 day return service, unless the product is faulty, then we will repair under warranty.
All new ebikes are built and tested.
If you want to reserve a new or second-hand in stock ebike, then we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. If you do not collect the ebike and pay the balance within the agreed timescales, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and put the ebike back on sale. If we do not agree a timescale, the default is 5 working days from the date of the the deposit.
If you are ordering an ebike that is not in stock, then we require 25% non-refundable deposit. Please be aware the lead time for these ebikes maybe changed post order. This is mainly due to the delay between the order and the order confirmation by Fiido, also changing world events can have an unforeseen impact. We cannot be held responsible for the extra delay and we are unable to cancel the order with Fiido, hence your deposit is non-refundable.
All payments, other than via the online shop, including deposits, must be made at the shop.
If you order via our shop, you have 14 days cooling off. Please refer to 'Distance selling regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK) protect consumers buying online, by phone, or by mail order. Key rights include a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel orders without reason, required pre-contract information, and refunds within 14 days of returning goods.'
